The five-star resort project consists of a 146-room luxury resort which is located on two islands linked by a services bridge. The unique underwater restaurant is one of the key features of the resort.
Meinhardt’s scope includes feasibility studies of the sustainable design elements, such as renewable energy (solar and wind), wastewater conservation and recycling, rainwater harvesting, waste heat recovery from the power plant for hot water generation and to preheat the RO plant make up water, steam fed absorption chillers, vacuum sewage system and air conditioning by ground source heat pumps.
