Meinhardt provided detailed due diligence audit of the project design and, construction and installation works of the Mudhdhoo island resort, Maldives for Dusit International, prior to their purchase of the property.
The development, comprising a 100 land and above water guest rooms was about 70% complete at the time of the audit. The audit included detailed study of the adequacy of the engineering design and visual inspections of the works on site.
