HR Manager

Meinhardt EPCM is a subsidiary of the Meinhardt Group related to the Construction Industry

Key Tasks:

  • Provide HR support, guidance and advice on areas such as performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits and learning & development
  • Conceptualize and implement a Talent Management structure and framework
  • Design, develop and implement relevant HR policies, processes and frameworks to support business efficiency and future direction
  • Develop and manage relationships with external providers to ensure high quality and effective delivery of services
  • Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and projects across the organization
  • Support subsidiaries in managing HR and people related issues ensuring internal process and local regulations and laws are adhered to

 

Key Skills, Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 10 years’ and above experience in Human Resources Management
  • Ideally experienced in a Global or Regional role
  • Strong labor law knowledge
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project is desirable but not essential
  • Strong relationship building skills
