Experience / Qualifications

Male, Graduated min D3 from technical background
Regular travel at project location is required for this position
Experience in the shipping company, manufacture, supplier, contractor min 1 year (fresh graduate is allowed to apply)


Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities

Plan the schedule of material / equipment delivery
Supervise and control the lead time of delivery refer to the schedule
Prepare delivery instruction letter
Regularly monitor and material / equipment stock in the warehouses
Regularly supervise and be as witness of material acceptance at sites
Wasting management identification (quantity, time, etc)
Report to Procurement manager for the delivery status and stocklist including the documentation
