Site Engineer/Supervisor

 Key Accountabilities

  • Undertake planning, implementation & monitoring of the work schedules according to master schedule and detailed work program
  • Liaise with client, sub-contractor, consultant & in-house personnel to ensure smooth execution of the project
  • Monitor the activities of sub-contractor to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on project implementation issues a attend work meeting, site progress meeting and safety management meeting

Experience / Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in oil/gas industry
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, long working hours
  • Positive work attitude with good initiative and team work spirit, and able to work independently with minimum supervision


  • Understand & adhere to the MEPCM values
  • Act in accordance with industry/professional ethics maintaining professionalism at all time
  • Contribution and effort is aligned to organisational objectives
  • Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role, in accordance with local documented HSE responsibilities and accountabilities. No work related injuries, illnesses or adverse environmental outcomes due to an incorrect or inadequate application of systems or procedures
  • Participate in performance development discussions with manager initiating and managing own personal development with all CPD requirements met
  • Work co-operatively and collaboratively willingly accepting a share of the workload and helping others when required
  • Other duties as directed
