In the heart of Melbourne, Premier Tower – inspired by Beyonce’s Ghost music clip, is a new mixed-use development that blurs the boundary between art & design. The posh development replaces the Savoy Taver on Spencer Street and is located at the corner of Spencer Street and Bourke Streets.

The architectural design element of the building was conceptualised by Elenberg Fraser and received substantial attention for its curvacious features. The 77 storey mixed-use development comprises of 780 residential apartments, 162 hotel keys and office space.

Meinhardt was influential in making the building a safe and healthy environment for its occupants. Our building services engineering team achieved this by applying creative scientific principles to aspects of the building such as safety, efficiency and comfort. Our holistic approach combines latest adavncements in technology and innovation to produce sustainably expendable solutions to meet a wide-range of needs whilst maximising efficiency.
