Proposed Infrastructure Development for Tanjong Agas Supply Base & Marine Services, Oil & Gas Industrial Park & Maritime at Tanjong Agas, Pekan, Pahang Darul Makmur cater mainly for the Oil and Gas and Maritime Industry supporting the regional requirement in South East Asia and the Far East.  The proposed development is located east coast of Malaysia. Topographically, the coastal plain is flat and mostly swampy covered with marine and alluvium deposits. Existing ground level varies between RL1.4m and RL4.0m.

The development consisted of the following:

• Core Facilities: Shipyard, Fabrication Yard, Logistics Base, Vessel Lay-up Area, Dockyard Repair & Maintenance and Dry & Liquid Bulk Terminal
• Key Supporting Facilities: 5-star Mariners’ Center, Oil & Gas College for Asian Region, Oil & Gas / Maritime Business Park and Helicopter Base With Multi-modal Connectivity

• Sewerage Pipe line and Treatment Plant Design.
• Main Water pipe line and water tank design.
• Stormwater drainage design and documentation of on site detention areas.
