Tallest sculpted tower in the world standing at 412.6 meters, with 70-storeys of office space, a rooftop restaurant and a spa.

Connected to a 5-storey retail mall, inclusive of an 11-storey carpark. Total built up area of 2.35 million square feet. Meinhardt provided due dilligence duties for MEP Services for the of Kuwait City, with over one thousand submittals already received for work being carried out to date. The tower is a mixed use complex comprising of offices, leisure facilities and residential accommodation and is currently constructed up to floor 42. It incorporates a large shopping centre and multi-story car park spreading out from it’s lower levels.
